Style: I make sure
that all my clients have fun and that we push through all
the barriers that had stopped them before. I think everyone
can achieve success in fitness, you just have to know what
work is required for each goal that you want to attain. Any
goal can be accomplished; some just require a little more
time than others.

Hobbies: I love to be outdoors doing anything active:

Style: My style of training is unique to me because I
believe working out should be intense, yet fun and
effective. I use a variety of exercises to promote strength,
endurance, cardiovascular improvements, along with balance
and agility. Working out should be enjoyable and become a
part of your everyday lifestyle, not just a temporary fix,
so have fun!
