FITWELL
Coaching is the kind of personal training studio everyone desires to
workout in. It is not your typical, crowded gym. Because
you are always with your own personal trainer, there is never a
'crowd' watching or people wandering around wasting time. As a
matter of fact, there will NEVER be more than 4 other clients
working out with their personal trainers.
All of our clients are serious about getting fit and living well.
As a result, our environment is motivating and non-intimidating. We
work hard to inspire our clients to pursue realistic goals--goals
that can fit into each person's schedule and way of life.
Our Philosophy
At FITWELL Coaching, we
believe you have the power to make permanent changes. Not to
just start "working out", but to make significant changes within
yourself that will fundamentally change who you are to yourself and
to the world around you. You can alter the way you eat, sleep,
exercise, work, and play in such a profound way that it directly
affects the quality of the rest of your life. FITWELL Coaching
personal trainers strive to help you make that paradigm shift. You
may have a number of reasons why you want to get into shape and/or
lose a "few" pounds, but the number one goal we strive for is to
help you get into the best "Health" of your life.
Don't Believe the Hype
There are countless fad
diets, one-size-fits-all exercise programs, self-help books, various
"fits in the corner of any room" exercise equipment commercials, and
more out there. They all have one thing in common: The sole
purpose of inundating you with confusing and often misleading
information, all the while making their creators rich. Any
fitness program, piece of equipment, or diet will fail if you do not
recognize the obstacles and behaviors in your life that have gotten
you where you are today.
The "FITWELL
Approach"
The "FITWELL Approach"
is a coaching methodology that holistically builds upon the
principles of all aspects of good health and wellness. Getting
fit and feeling well need not be a painful process. Instead,
the FITWELL Approach should be viewed as a learning experience that
will provide you with the tools and self-confidence you'll need to
embark upon the lifelong journey of living well; injury and disease
resistant, vibrant, and healthful. Our goal is to help our
clients begin to live better. We do this in a variety of ways
through physical fitness training programs, seminars and workshops,
and one-on-one coaching.
