Where else can you go for
"personal" training where there will never be more than 4 other members
and their trainers in the studio and where you will never have to share
equipment? Fitwell Coaching is a 2,200 sq.ft. private,
personal training studio designed to make you enjoy getting
healthy.
The studio is comprised of 5
private training stations, European-styled restrooms with showers and
complimentary grooming amenities, an enclosed play room for small
children, complimentary snacks, coffee, bottled water, and
juices. The studio was designed using many of the
architectural features of the Spectrum Falls park it is nestled
in. It is not loud, cold, or impersonal. Rather,
Fitwell Coaching is warm, inviting, exclusive, and friendly.

• Certified
Personal Trainers:
Fitwell Coaching Personal Trainers have a minimum of a 4-year college
degree in fitness related fields and/or a nationally recognized,
accredited certification from ACE, NASM or ACSM. Additionally, several
master degree Personal Trainers with specialized skills are on
staff.
Our Personal Trainers also undergo continuing education to stay current
and safe.

The 5 personal training
"stations" are each a private workout area. These are what
you schedule for each of your sessions. They are private in
that they are separated from each other by low walls. Each
station has everything needed for a great workout, so you will never
have to share or wait for any piece of equipment.
- Stations #1,
#2, #3:
Machine stations - Each contains either a
5- or 7-station Multi-Station Universal machine and a piece of cardio
equipment from the list below.
Station #3 has a full
set
of chrome Ivanko dumbbells.
- Station#4:
Free-weight station - Consists of a pro rack for presses and squats,
adequate weight plates on Olympic bars, Ivanko fixed-weight chrome
dumbbells,
Ivanko fixed-weight chrome barbells, preacher curl bench, and a piece
of cardio
equipment from the list below.
- Station
#5: Fit-Quik® station -
This station is comprised of 3 SCIFIT® cardio machines and is
used for 30-minute Cardio/Strength circuit training sessions.
The length of each
circuit segment is the same throughout the workout, i.e. 5-minutes on 3
machines, twice, is 30-minutes. The uniformity of time on each machine
provides a smooth transition from machine to machine in the
circuit.

distributed among the stations include:

Walker: Bi-Directional for Reverse Walking, Rubber Cushion Articulating

| 1 - SCIFIT® STAIR CLIMBER,
Ultra-wide V-belt drive and friction-free electromagnetic brake, Speed
range of 5 - 220 feet per minute, 14" climbing range, Center footplate

Bi-Directional to exercise reciprocal muscle groups, Programs with 200

Adjustable Cranks, Monitored Bi-Directional resistance to exercise
reciprocal muscle group, Programs with 200 levels of resistance in 0.1
